Ottawa Family Fun

As mentioned before, the family fun area of the Tulip Festival (at Major’s Hill Park) aka. Sun Life Financial Kid Zone opens this Friday, May 13th! The site is open daily 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Some entertainers to take note of this weekend (information from the Official Tulip Festival Site):

• Mad Science of Ottawa (Friday, May 13 @ 10 a.m. and 1 p.m)
• Fred Penner (Saturday @ 1 p.m.)
• Gerry Mitchell (Sunday, May 15 @ 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.)
• Chris Pilsworth (Saturday, May 14 @ 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. AND Sunday, May15 @ 11:30 a.m. )
• Right on the Head Juggling Troop (Saturday, May 14 @ 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. AND Sunday, May 15 @ 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.)

There will be plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. See you there!

For admission prices, check here. The passport is a great buy if you plan to visit more than one day.
